Arrival - You apartment will be ready at 1:30pm - not before. You may leave luggage on arrival before this time.

You must vacate by 9:30am, leaving the apartment in a clean condition. Any breakages to be paid for before leaving.

We regret we are unable to accept pets.

We are unable to accept teenager or single-sex groups.

Balance of account MUST be paid by cheque 28 days before holiday is due to commence .

Cancellations must be in writing before we can re-let. If we are unsuccessful you will be liable for the balance in full.

We do strongly advise that you insure against any loss. We do provide insurance forms - these can be supplied on request.
